All the items on this site or at auction are sold AS IS with no return except where a 5 day no DOA warranty is stated in the product description. The product will be as desribed and if I suspect a problem or know of a problem I will put it in the product description. All items work unless stated otherwise. The buyer is responsible for any and all shipping and insurance charges and sometimes there will be a packaging fee stated in the description. To get the warranty if one is offered I must be advised of any problem within 5 days of your receipt of the item and I must agree that the problem warrants a return. Any items that are returned must be in the same condition as they were sent and packaged in the original packaging material and insured for the correct amount (For your own protection). Any shipping damage on uninsured returns will be deducted from any refund. I will test and inspect the item or I will have it tested. If the condition indicates the problem was likely present at the time it was shipped I will have the item repaired, replace the item if possible or refund the price minus shipping and insurance charges at my discretion. I will pay the return shipping on any qualified item. Please contact me before returning any item. There may be a simple answer to any problems. If no problem is found there will be a 20% restocking fee or the item will be returned at the buyers expense. Any refused items will be charged a 20% restocking fee and any additional freight, freight damage or other expenses. Bidders for items sold at auction who do not complete their commitment will be charged 20% of their actual bid as a cancellation fee or $10 whichever is greater. If this is not acceptable I will apply to ebay for a refund of action fees and report it as a non paying bidder incident and leave negative feedback. I have had several Expensive problems recently and unfortunately I find this disagreeable action necessary. The buyer is responsible for making any insurance claims. I insure all shipments and will provide proof of insurance for any necessary claims. All shipments are packed properly but if the box looks damaged or you find shipping damage stop right there and notify the carrier so they can inspect the packaging as well as the damage. This is very important so that they cannot claim that the packaging was inadequate. I will not accept or be held responsible for that conclusion so be careful how you handle shipping damage claims. I will notify you by email with the carrier and tracking number when I ship an item. Please notify me if you don't get the email in a reasonable amount of time or you think a package is taking too long to arrive. It is my intention to have a hassle free transaction so please read this agreement carefully so you understand the terms of sale. All descriptions and pictures are as accurate as I can make them so look and read carefully and be sure to ask any questions before you bid or buy. Specific pictures can be taken and emailed to you if needed. Compatibility and suitability are the responsibility of the buyer. Remember that all sales are final with no returns unless stated otherwise in the product description.
Payments
For items at auction I must be contacted within 3 days of the auction closing and I must receive payment with 10 days. If these conditions are not met I reserve the right to re-list the item. Payments may be made by bank or USPS money order or cashiers check for auctions and direct from this site. By prier arrangement only I will accept PayPal on selected items. Don't bother to ask after you have bid.
Shipping Charges
Any shipping charge stated in the product description is the total charge. This includes packaging, handling and insurance. In the case of large or heavy items such as speakers special containers may need to be made. Sometimes the buyer may be responsible for arranging packaging and shipping although I will help as much as possible of course. This condition will be listed in the auction ad or the description on this site. I will charge a reasonable amount for shipping but I don't intend to lose money in the process.
